STANDARD LINERS & BULKHEAD SYSTEMS
A range of free flowing products can be accommodated by simplified liner designs whereby the only choices to make with regard to design are size and location of loading sleeves and appropriate design of discharge. Parameters that influence these are types of loading equipment and with regard to discharge whether the product is going to be discharged with both doors opened or one door closed. We have a wide range of standard designs to accommodate any configuration. Details can be provided on receipt of application details.
No matter the filling and discharging systems you have in place, we can provide a solution to suit your needs. Our liners are manufactured from blown polyethylene or woven polypropylene. Liners are used for a wide and constantly growing range of granular and powder products, as well as bulk liquids, as a highly cost effective and time saving alternative to sacks and bags.

POPULAR CONFIGURATIONS:
Blown Polyethylene or Woven Polypropylene container liners can be supported with steel bars. Fabric bulkheads can be independent or have fully integrated fabric fronts supported by steel bars. Airbags are available for discharge.
Filling and discharging sleeves can be located off-center, enabling one door to remain closed for additional support. Full width triangular discharge eliminates the need for corner boards. Containers with topfill and "letter box" discharge hatches do not require bulkheads as the doors remain closed. |
